Service Agreement:
All projects are governed by a formal service agreement that outlines the specific terms and conditions of our services, including project scope, deliverables, payment schedules, revision policies, and refund policies. This agreement must be signed by both parties before work commences. Please review this agreement thoroughly before signing.
"Payment Terms:
The total fee for the services outlined in this agreement is [Total Fee]. Payment will be made in two installments:
Initial Payment: A non-refundable payment of 50% of the total fee ([Amount]) is due upon signing this agreement. This payment secures your project start date and covers initial setup costs.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance ([Amount]) is due upon completion of the project and delivery of the final deliverables, as outlined in the project specifications. An invoice for the final payment will be sent to you upon project completion.
"Failure to make the final payment within [1] days of the invoice date will result in a late payment fee of (25%) per day. Continued non-payment may result in project suspension and legal action to recover outstanding balances."
"Cancellation of Services:
You have the right to cancel this service agreement within 24 hours of signing, provided that no significant work beyond the initial consultation and project setup has begun. If you cancel within this 24-hour period, you will receive a 50% refund, which will be processed within [7-10] business days after the initial payment (as specified in the Service Agreement) has cleared. To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at support@1mediaqueen.com and call 502.414.4250. After 24 hours, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, as your digital content work will have already been in progress."
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our design services, refunds are generally not offered once the design process has been approved by the client, after final files have been delivered, or if significant work has been completed. Our focus is on delivering exceptional results, and we work closely with our clients throughout the design process to ensure their satisfaction.
Revisions:
[1] rounds of revisions are included in the price of your design service. We are committed to working with you to achieve your desired outcome. Any additional revisions requested beyond this limit will be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you and agreed upon in advance.

No Returns:
As all our work is digital, we do not accept or grant returns, or refunds, for started projects or completed projects after 24 hours of signed agreements.
